Pricing & Payments

We, AYANNAJDESIGNS, request that you, the Client, review our 2024 pricing guide for a full scope of our pricing per service. Please be advised that these prices are non-negotiable. A project is deemed "completed" once payment is received in full and there is no outstanding balance.
Any remaining balance(s) must be paid prior to set completion date of services. At no point will a service be off-boarded without receiving full payment. We offer different payment options:

  • 50/50: A retainer fee of 50% are required for all services over $300. This fee is non-refundable.

  • Pay in full: You are required to pay in full for all services under $200, however you are able to pay in full for all services. Please contact us if by chance you, the Client, needs any accommodation. We reserve the right to approve or deny any accommodation.

Communication

All communication will be done via email and/or client portal. Please be attentive to your email/portal as status updates, forms, contracts, invoices, etc. will be sent to you directly through those channel. Our email is ayannajdesigns@gmail.com. We ask that you please allow 24 hours for a response during our normal business hours.

Ghosting

If you, the Client, fails to respond to emails throughout the process and no agreement has been made between us, regarding your project after 2 weeks, you automatically forfeit the project. There are no exceptions, and no refunds. If, after the two week period, you would like to resume/restart your project, you, the Client, will be subjected to a $75 fee that must be paid in full, along with the remaining balance if there is any. If it extends beyond the 2 week period, you will no longer be allowed to work with us, AYANNAJDESIGNS. It is your responsibility as the Client to communicate if there are any delays on your behalf and to be on top of payments once notified. 

Design Process + Revisions

The design process is done in steps:

Information Collection
We, AYANNAJDESIGNS, will begin comprehensive researching and planning based on the information given to us by you, the Client, for your project. You will be required to fill out an on-boarding form via your client portal, and we, AYANNAJDESIGNS, will conduct an introductory consultation call to guide you, the Client, through this form. Consultations are required for all first-time clients, as it enables us to understand you, the Client, and your desired vision a bit more and are included in your service. Any additional consultation requests post- your first time consultation will be $50. We ask that you please be as specific as possible, so that we are able to properly execute your vision. 

Please be advised that all written information must be thoroughly typed out, ensuring proper spelling and grammar. We, AYANNAJDESIGNS, will not accept any screenshots, or gist of information. We, AYANNAJDESIGNS, will not write anything for you, the Client. We will, however, provide you with our suggested grammatical editing, if/when necessary.

Drafting
After planning, we will execute this plan and send the first drafts of your project for you to review during the projected turnaround time.
 
Revisions
You will receive 3 free revisions for each service, which includes font, placement, and/or color. Any additional revisions are subjected to a $15 fee which must be collected before completion and off-boarding.

Off-Boarding
Once you, the Client, approve your design(s), your project will be deemed completed, and set for off-boarding. As the Client, it is your duty to proofread and approve all elements of the final designs. If once the off-boarding process is complete and all files have been sent to you, the Client, and there are spelling or grammatical errors made on our behalf, we, AYANNAJDESIGNS, will fix it free of charge. However, font, color, and/or placement changes will incur an up-charge, in which varies per service, due to the nature of each service. All standard files will be sent as .jpg, .png. Please specify which, if any, additional file(s) format you will need. Please be advised, we do not send any .psd files.


Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this business, all sales are final. Refunds are not available for any services once design work has commenced, regardless of the circumstances. Once a project is initiated, design time is accrued, and refund requests are no longer applicable. Opting to proceed with a different business or experiencing buyer's remorse does not qualify as grounds for a refund.

If you, the Client, becomes disrespectful, difficult to work with during the process, we, AYANNAJDESIGNS, reserve the right to terminate the project immediately with a 50% refund. You, the Client, will also be banned from working with us in the future.
